Moodae Privacy Policy
Moodae keeps your journal on your devices. There is no account, no server of ours, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We never receive what you write, record or measure in Moodae.

2. What Moodae stores, and where
Your check-ins (mood, words, areas of life, notes, voice notes and their transcripts, photos), intentions, experiments and settings are stored on your iPhone, inside the app. Widgets and the Apple Watch app show parts of it on your own devices. None of it is sent to us.
3. iCloud sync
iCloud sync is optional and off by default. If you turn it on, your journal is stored in your private iCloud database at Apple so it can reach your other devices. Only your Apple Account can read it. We have no access. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud.
4. Apple Health
Only if you allow it, Moodae saves your check-ins as State of Mind and your resets as mindful minutes in Apple Health. It reads sleep, steps, exercise time, time in daylight and heart rate variability to show them next to your mood. This data stays on your device and in Apple Health. Moodae never uses it for advertising or marketing, never shares it with third parties and never sends it to us. You can change access at any time in the Health app.
5. Voice notes and photos
The microphone is only used while you record a voice note. Moodae turns the recording into text on your iPhone. If your device can't do that for your language, Apple's speech recognition processes the audio under Apple's privacy policy. We receive nothing. Photos are only the ones you pick yourself, and they are stored with the check-in.
6. Apple Intelligence, Siri and reminders
On supported devices, short notes about your week and month are written by Apple Intelligence on your device. Siri and Shortcuts requests are handled by Apple according to your Siri settings. Reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. There is no push server.
7. Moodae Plus and payments
Purchases and subscriptions run entirely through Apple's App Store. We never see your name, your payment details or your Apple Account. Apple only gives us sales reports without personal data. Whether Plus is active is checked on your device with Apple.
8. Crash reports and statistics
If you agreed in your iPhone settings to share analytics with app developers, Apple sends us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. You can turn this off in Settings, Privacy & Security, Analytics & Improvements.
9. Export and deletion
You can export everything as CSV or JSON at any time. Deleting a check-in removes it from Moodae. Deleting the app removes all data stored on the device. Data in iCloud can be deleted in Settings, under your name, iCloud, Manage Storage.
10. If you email us
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them once they are no longer needed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
11. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Because we store no app data, such requests usually only concern emails you sent us. Write to apps@mpagency.ae.
12. This website
This page is delivered by Firebase Hosting (Google). To deliver it, Google processes technical connection data such as your IP address. This page uses no cookies and no analytics.
13. Changes
If Moodae starts handling data differently, we will update this policy and the date above.
Datenschutzerklärung für Moodae
Moodae bewahrt dein Journal auf deinen Geräten auf. Es gibt kein Konto, keinen Server von uns, keine Werbung, keine Analyse und kein Tracking. Was du in Moodae schreibst, aufnimmst oder misst, bekommen wir nie zu sehen.

2. Was Moodae speichert und wo
Deine Check-ins (Stimmung, Wörter, Lebensbereiche, Notizen, Sprachnotizen und ihre Abschriften, Fotos), Absichten, Experimente und Einstellungen liegen auf deinem iPhone, in der App. Widgets und die Apple-Watch-App zeigen Teile davon auf deinen eigenen Geräten. Nichts davon wird an uns geschickt.
3. iCloud-Sync
Der iCloud-Sync ist freiwillig und ab Werk aus. Schaltest du ihn ein, liegt dein Journal in deiner privaten iCloud-Datenbank bei Apple, damit es deine anderen Geräte erreicht. Lesen kann es nur dein Apple Account. Wir haben keinen Zugriff. Für iCloud gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Apple.
4. Apple Health
Nur wenn du es erlaubst, speichert Moodae deine Check-ins als Gemütszustand und deine Pausen als Achtsamkeitsminuten in Apple Health. Moodae liest Schlaf, Schritte, Trainingszeit, Zeit im Tageslicht und Herzfrequenzvariabilität, um sie neben deiner Stimmung zu zeigen. Diese Daten bleiben auf deinem Gerät und in Apple Health. Moodae nutzt sie nie für Werbung oder Marketing, gibt sie nie an Dritte weiter und schickt sie nie an uns. Den Zugriff änderst du jederzeit in der Health-App.
5. Sprachnotizen und Fotos
Das Mikrofon läuft nur, während du eine Sprachnotiz aufnimmst. Moodae macht daraus auf deinem iPhone Text. Kann dein Gerät das für deine Sprache nicht, verarbeitet die Spracherkennung von Apple die Aufnahme, nach Apples Datenschutzerklärung. Wir bekommen nichts davon. Fotos sind nur die, die du selbst auswählst, und sie liegen beim Check-in.
6. Apple Intelligence, Siri und Erinnerungen
Auf unterstützten Geräten schreibt Apple Intelligence kurze Notizen zu deiner Woche und deinem Monat, direkt auf dem Gerät. Anfragen über Siri und Kurzbefehle bearbeitet Apple nach deinen Siri-Einstellungen. Erinnerungen plant dein iPhone selbst. Es gibt keinen Push-Server.
7. Moodae Plus und Zahlungen
Käufe und Abos laufen komplett über den App Store von Apple. Deinen Namen, deine Zahlungsdaten oder deinen Apple Account sehen wir nie. Apple gibt uns nur Verkaufsberichte ohne persönliche Daten. Ob Plus aktiv ist, prüft dein Gerät direkt bei Apple.
8. Absturzberichte und Statistiken
Hast du in den Einstellungen deines iPhones erlaubt, Analysedaten mit App-Entwicklern zu teilen, schickt Apple uns anonyme Absturzberichte und Nutzungsstatistiken. Abschalten kannst du das unter Einstellungen, Datenschutz & Sicherheit, Analyse & Verbesserungen.
9. Export und Löschen
Du kannst jederzeit alles als CSV oder JSON exportieren. Löschst du einen Check-in, ist er aus Moodae weg. Löschst du die App, sind alle Daten auf dem Gerät weg. Daten in iCloud löschst du unter Einstellungen, dein Name, iCloud, Speicher verwalten.
10. Wenn du uns schreibst
Schreibst du uns eine E-Mail, nutzen wir deine Adresse und deine Nachricht nur, um dir zu antworten, und löschen sie, sobald sie nicht mehr gebraucht werden. Rechtsgrundlage: Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b und f DSGVO.
11. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. Weil wir keine App-Daten speichern, betrifft so eine Anfrage meist nur E-Mails, die du uns geschickt hast. Schreib an apps@mpagency.ae.
12. Diese Webseite
Diese Seite wird über Firebase Hosting (Google) ausgeliefert. Dafür verarbeitet Google technische Verbindungsdaten wie deine IP-Adresse. Die Seite nutzt keine Cookies und keine Analyse.

Geht Moodae künftig anders mit Daten um, passen wir diese Erklärung und das Datum oben an.
